Total time on website - Sum of duration of all of the visitor's sessions.Total number of unique pages - How many unique URLs they visited.page load - Average time that it took for a page to load for the visitor.Īggregated statistics accross sessions (only shows up if the visitor has more than one session): Number of unique pages - The number of pageviews with unique URLs in the session.Inactive time - A visitor is considered inactive if they haven't done any of the above in 4 second span.Active time - Activity means that the visitor was doing any of the following: moving the cursor, scrolling, clicking, pressing keys, using browser back button.Session terminates automatically if the visitor is idle for 30 minutes Duration - How long the session lasted.The details are split into three main sections: Click the session details to view even more details about the session and the visitor.In session details, you will see the session's duration, number of pageviews and number of events.If you've previously filtered sessions in SmartSearch, only sessions that match the filtering criteria will appear in the dropdown.Sessions are marked by the time when they started and are placed in descending order (most recent one first). Click the session dropdown to switch between visitor's sessions.The absolute top of the panel contains the current visitor's name, icon and location.The panel on the left side of the player allows you to switch between the current visitor's sessions and also contains additional details about the session and the visitor themselves. Switching between sessions and analyzing session details The information in the upper right corner tells you what exact display resolution the visitor is currently using.Click the ellipsis button to copy the visited URL or to visit the page directly.Click any of the pages to rewind the player to the exact moment when the page opens. The first one tells you the time when the session started, the rest give you their timestamp on the session's timeline. The top part of the player gives you a dropdown that lists all of the URLs visited by the visitor.The player area portrays exactly what the visitor was seeing at any point in time (except for any parts of your website that you've purposefully obscured in study setup for data protection and privacy reasons).By enabling Skip inactivity, you can pass even over long periods of inactivity very quickly, allowing for more efficient analysis. Time of inactivity is marked on the playback timeline with lighter color. Skipping inactivity - The respondent is considered inactive if they haven't moved the cursor, scrolled, clicked, pressed any keys or used the browser's back button in the last four seconds.Use the standard video controls (play, pause, rewind, video speed, video timeline) to play back the session like you would with an actual video.
